meet brooke

Brooke is a multi-disciplinary artist and lover of the outdoors. Due to her nomadic upbringing and philomathic curiosity, Brooke’s creative practice examines the interactions of colour, culture + climate. Her love for rendering wildlife began at a young age, when she was caught drawing bees on her bedroom walls as a toddler.

Her work explores the magic in meaningful visual storytelling, design, and advocacy for people + the planet. From swimming within kelp forests in the Salish Sea to stargazing on mountaintops, she is perpetually enchanted by ecological colourscapes and spellbound by the natural world.

With gratitude, she is proud to share that her work has been featured by notable publications, including Martha Stewart, Vanity Fair, House Beautiful, Better Homes & Gardens, Elle Canada, Environment and Climate Change Canada, Surfrider Canada, WWD and more.

Her designs have been carried by boutiques and needlepoint shops around the US in addition to several locations of Orvis, LoveShackFancy, Alice + Olivia, Grand Teton National Park, and SAKS Fifth Avenue.

She currently lives on Vancouver Island with her husband and pup, Goose.

In her free time, she can often be found with her nose in a book, gathering beta at the climbing wall, hunting for colour along the mountainside, or taking Goose for swimmies in the ocean.
